Peter chaired a visit of Historic England's Historic Places Panel to Reading on 14th and 15th November. The Panel considered the heritage implications of Reading Borough Council's recently-adopted Local Plan, as well as visiting the redundant Reading Gaol, a Grade II Listed Building with historic connections to Oscar Wilde, which is to be sold by the Ministry of Justice. The Bhutan Ministry of Works and Human Settlement, together with Thimphu Thromde (City Council) have initiated a review of the Thimphu Structure Plan.
