The Localism Act proposes radical new powers for local communities to take the lead role in planning your neighbourhood, as well as providing for a 'community right to build'.  I am able to provide expert advice on how you can navigate the new planning system, and I can help you to work productively with your local planning authority to ensure that your ambitions for your local area are realised.

I am an experienced facilitator for workshops and public meetings, and I am able to work alongside you to help develop your vision and make it a reality on the ground.
