  • Historic England's Historic Places Panel visits Reading

    Peter chaired a visit of Historic England's Historic Places Panel to Reading on 14th and 15th November. The Panel considered the heritage implications of Reading Borough Council's recently-adopted Local Plan, as well as visiting the redundant Reading Gaol, a Grade II Listed Building with historic connections to Oscar Wilde, which is to be sold by the Ministry of Justice.   • Bhutan Government commences review of the Thimphu Structure Plan

  • Historic England's Historic Places Panel publishes its final report on the Isle of Wight

    Historic England's Historic Places Panel has published its final report on the Isle of Wight, following its visit to Newport, Ryde and East Cowes in June.  As Chair of the Panel, Peter presented the report's findings at a meeting of Councillors and representatives of local Amenity Societies on 23rd September in Ryde.  The report can be found here.
