New Towns Briefing Paper launched

The Highbury Group for Housing Delivery has launched a series of Briefing Papers for Government on a range of topics related to housing and planning. The launch took place at the Palace of Westminster on 3rd March and was attended by members of the Group, invited guests and several Members of Parliament. Peter has written the paper on the role that New Towns can play in delivering the Government's target of 1.5 million new homes during the current parliament. Peter has been a member of the Highbury Group since its inception in 2008.  The briefing papers can be found on the Highbury Group's website here.
