Academy of Urbanism holds its Congress in Cambridge

The Academy of Urbanism held its 2023 Congress in Cambridge on 21st-23rd June. Delegates heard from a range of speakers who gave fascinating presentations on different aspects of the Cambridge growth story, and international perspectives were given by inspirational speakers from Vienna, Utrecht, Ljubliana and Paris. Delegates were given the opportunity to tour recent developments in Cambridge including Eddington, Accordia, Great Kneighton, Marmalade Lane and the Biomedical Campus. There was also a cycling tour of Cambridge organised by Camcycle that looked at recent improvements to Cambridge's cycling network. Peter was a member of the Steering Group that organised the Congress and led the tour of Accordia and Great Kneighton, developments which are particularly close to his heart.
