Planning sagas feature on local radio

Peter has spoken twice on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire's live Breakfast Show over the last couple of months. The first discussion focussed on why it had taken three years for the Section 106 Agreement to be signed off on Peterborough's major urban extension at Great Haddon: 'why does it take so long to get major projects off the ground?' (Good question!). The second topic was how to deal with the problem of vacant and derelict buildings and sites in prominent town centre locations, prompted by the development of a vacant site in Wisbech for a temporary community facility funded from a Lottery grant.
