Zurich lecture on UK planning system

Peter has been invited to give a lecture to Masters students at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich on the UK planning system and the particular challenges of planning for growth in Cambridge.  The lecture in February 2015 will form part of a week-long programme of comparative lectures on approaches to planning in Europe.
