Cambridge Architectural Research are organising a conference for the Planning Advisory Service at Clare College Cambridge on 21st/22nd March that will review the operation of the National Planning Policy Framework now that it is one year since its adoption.  The delegates will be senior Councillors and officers from English Local Planning Authorities, and Peter is chairing sessions on meeting housing needs and on grasping the opportunities of localism
