Peter has been appointed by East Cambridgeshire District Council to act as a 'critical friend' on the development proposals for North Ely.
East Cambridgeshire District Council has allocated 210 Hectares of land on the north side of Ely for a new neighbourhood of around 3000 homes with local facilities and space for new businesses.
